Making alterations to a piece we offer, adding a feature, or even coming up with something entirely new, is one of the ways new pieces are added to our collections. Kristin has sketchbooks full of drawings, notes, and scribbles. Your request is often all she needs to flesh out an idea, or bring a completed idea to life.
DAMAGE, RETURNS, AND REPAIRS
We want you to receive your Kristin Larson jewelry in the same excellent condition in which it was shipped. If your jewelry incurs any damage during the shipping process, please let us know immediately and we will remedy the situation promptly.
RETURNS, BUYBACKS, AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or buybacks on our jewelry. If you’re not happy with anything about your order with us, we want to make it right! Drop us a note within a month of receiving your jewelry letting us know you would to make an exchange. We will be glad to help you figure out a solution.
We are happy to offer repairs to you or your customers in the unlikely event their jewelry breaks. We offer free repair and polishing. Please have them contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details and to make arrangements.
STOCK PHOTOS & PRINTABLES
We provide retailers with stock photos of our wholesale products. A google drive link will be sent via email a couple of days before the expected ship date of your order.
Included with the photos, will be a FAQ's Sheet for internal use only. We try to include the FAQ's Sheet with every order, but if you need additional copies, you can either contact us for more, or print them out.
