MEASURING FOR A RING
Please make sure you know your ring size. For the most accurate size, go to any jewelry counter for a measurement. It is helpful to measure for the width of the ring as well as the diameter. If you know the width of the ring band for the ring you are interested in, be sure to tell the person doing the measurement. You may measure a size 7 for a ring with a thin band, but a 7 1/2 or 8 for a ring with a wide band.
MEASURING FOR A BRACELET
1. Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
2. If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure it with a ruler to determine your wrist size.
3. Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch (average is 1/2 inch) to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit. This is the ideal bracelet length for you.
MEASURING FOR A NECKLACE
The following are necklace lengths we offer, and where they fall on the average female. If you are interested in other lengths, just ask.
Men’s styles may require a longer or thicker chain. We recommend 20" or 22" as standard chain lengths for men.
All of our pieces are handmade using sterling silver, bronze, and 14k gold that have been oxidized for an aged appearance and given a satin finish. Kristin Larson jewelry is easy to care for. Wearing your jewelry often will help prevent tarnishing. But over time, metals will naturally darken and lose their luster.

HANDWRITING ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS
Because each piece is carefully custom made by hand, please allow us approximately 4 weeks to complete your order. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact us for specific time frames. Changes made to existing orders may take additional time to process.
If we have the piece you ordered in stock, it will ship it the next business day. Sometimes we make pieces as they are ordered. In that case, please allow us 1 - 2 weeks to complete your order.
If you need your jewelry sooner than the shipping times listed above, please contact us right away. We are happy to accommodate you if we can.
SHIPPING IS FREE WITHIN THE U.S.
All items ship USPS 2 to 3 Day Priority Mail to US addresses including HI and AK. Depending on your zone they will arrive within 2 to 3 business days once shipped according to the USPS published delivery time frames.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
All items ship USPS First Class International package. Delivery times will vary depending on destination. USPS quoted times are 6-10 days however customs can delay items.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not, contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Please remember all handwriting, custom, and special orders are not returnable.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To return or exchange an item, please email us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.
Please include your RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection, insure your package for the purchase amount. Please do not send the package C.O.D. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
You will be notified via email once the return or exchange is processed.
If you need one of our pieces repaired, please contact us. We are happy to do repairs; however, contact us before sending so that we can discuss the piece in need of repair. Package your purchase safely, include a note with your reason for the return, and secure the package with insurance.
